I took my camera and tripod out into the field behind my house in Big Water, UT, turned it on to a sacred datura plant with flowers that looked ready to bloom, picked one to focus on, and walked away. Half an hour later (8:40-9:10 pm MDST, July 22, 2010) here's what I got! This shows 28 minutes time-lapsed down to 1 minute 13 seconds.

I was expecting moth pollinators. That's not what we see here! Think they are carpenter bees.

The music is "Meyer 1B" from Appalachian Journey by Yo-Yo Ma, Edgar Meyer, & Mark O'Connor.

I was lucky. This was the only one that bloomed that evening, and the next evening they didn't reach full bloom until after dark! I may try again sometime, though, when it's less breezy.
