Ritsuka's voice gives life to this song...it's well put-together as it is, but her expressive voice adds that touch to make it emotionally touching.
Ritsuka is my favorite NND singer (yes, even above Valshe...who I believe is a singing alien from an alien race of alien singers, btw) - she has a perfect mix of emotional expression, tight control, firmness, and richness in her voice.

I think what HoshikoYuka means that Japanese don't generally in this way; this is very aspirate voice, which tends to be a Western trait. Japanese language puts glottal stops behind their sentences, giving their song alot of staccato quality. I'm somewhat glad that's not the case here.

WOW... So good!!

@fabuloustree eh, I find what japanese I know (admittedly only enough to get by as a tourist) to be straight-forward and pretty easy to say. The good thing about japanese is that any given sound always sounds like that single sound, no question over long or short vowels...
Anyways, my point is that Japanese is pretty easy once you've got the knack. I can't help but feel I've missed the point of this conversation though...
@HoshikoYuka
Whut? I thought from the start that she was japanese, she sound REALLY japanese.

I'm not much of a fan to things in other languages, but damn. This is just beautiful.
