  • @keltronzero yes it does do something to the fats... it will shrink the muscle fat. you can't just get rid of the fat, you have to work out to shrink it, to make the body skinner. yes it may get the muscle stronger and bigger, but at least you are toned. the only way to get rid of body fat in your body system is get a liposuction.

  • @keltronzero Wrong. Low weights and high reps burn more fat and lean. Higher weights build bulk. Before you ever make another comment about working out actually do it. I know from experience. You don't know shit.

  • @keltronzero Also don't forget that lots of women get flabby muscles in their arms (especially triceps when they get older) and exercise will help to make that flabby muscle strong and firm again.

  • @iluvmuzamil great point.. so what a woman with fat arms do instead of this? im looking to slim them down and then tone... do you have any ideas?

  • I do about 8 minutes of different arms exercises each day with 5 pound weights. switching to 10 pounds in about a month or so. it's been 2 weeks and there's already a noticable difference. of course this is because i had toothpick arms to begin with, but still.

  • These excersices aren't for people with fat arms. Obviously your gonna get a fat arm with muscle making your arms look larger. These excercises are for fit women with flabby arms.
