Where was he during My December promotion? Oh that's right, licking his wounds because Kelly chose to make a record that came from her heart and soul like, dare we say, an ARTIST! What a novelty concept.

People in positions of power who are knocked down a peg and rather than accept it and possibly even learn from it retaliate by throwing a tantrum like a child piss me off.

None of that changes simply because that person happens to be Clive Davis either

Kelly never LEFT Clive.

What people don't understand is she changed MANAGEMENT not label - completely separate thing. Look on the back of Thankful, Breakaway, My December and now All I Ever Wanted when it's released - one difference - RCA Records... THAT'S CLIVE.

One thing that's gone - The Firm, management.
