nice form man, but on bench try not to bounce the bar off your chest, and keep the bar speed the same. keep lifting!

Looks good. I'm only new and learning myself but your deadlift looks potentially deadly for your lower back! How long have you been working on the programme?

Thanks.. yeah my back was not set well here at all in MY DL.. that's why I said "ow my back" :) Def set your back better before coming off the ground with the bar :D
