Galan was the Child of two Cuban Immigrants who believed that America was "free" and "democratic" only to realize they had traded a Stalinist Dictatorship in Cuba for a Capitalist Dictatorship in America. Galan grew up originally in a life of Poverty and at the age of 13 he joined the various secret Movements of Leftist Revolutionary Groups in America. His mentor was a man by the name of Antonio Ramos. Later on my Nickname became my Code Name: Galan.
He became Active in Anti-Government Protests and other such activity in exposing the Corruption and the Opression of this Imperialistic and rigid Government. He became aware of how they had an Iron Foot Hold over many Countries all over the World overthrowing democratically elected Governments and replacing them with Right-Wing dictatorships. Galan made it his Mission in life to fight the U.S.A. and other Corrupt Regimes World wide.

Vic Connor has a B.S. in Physics, M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and was accepted to do doctoral work in three different subjects: Physics, Electrical and Computer Engineering and Mathematics. Professionally, he worked at the Endicott, NY IBM engineering lab as a design engineer and software programmer and later as a systems engineer at a sales branch. He also worked as an assistant professor of Applied Computer Science at Illinois State University, and for a few years at a large insurance company as a Systems Analyst.
Most U.S. citizens are (or at least try to be) good, kind, caring individuals - just like the people in all other countries. We care about many of the same things: obtaining a job of our choosing that affords the necessities of life, to freely practice our spiritual and religious beliefs, to love and be loved, to live in a safe environment, to raise a family, to obtain education, to be healthy, and to be free to do as we wish as long as it doesn't harm anyone else or the environment. Why then, cannot we the people of the world get along? It is because our leaders have been manipulating events for decades: YES, even our beloved United States. "Defining America" looks at a handful of details that point to the fact that many policies of the U.S. military, government, business, and health industries are more interested in making a buck than in helping anyone. This book is a personal quest to enlighten the American man-on-the-street as to what is really going on, in a humorous and easier to digest sort of way. The purpose is to drop-kick the masses off their easy-chairs and out of the pubs and gets them to do something about it! This journey points out many common beliefs that most United States citizens hold, leading them to think America is a great country. However, a closer look reveals a completely different picture. The author covers many subjects including; defense spending, weapons of mass destruction, oil, depleted uranium, genocide, monopolies, mass media control, propaganda, skewed history, missing votes, secret government policies, WTO, NAFTA, FTAA, sweat-shop labor, the United Nations, the pharmaceutical industry, AMA, FDA, vaccines, fluoride, National Security, CIA, FBI, terrorism, the constitution, wars, distractions and apathy, and finally the events of 9/11/2001.
