Interesting video; OnTVGiftShop, but it doesn't really explain much about the product at all. There are already hundreds of products one could order which match your description. I myself am an I.T develop/Script-Writer, and I'm affiliated with 3-4 patent lawyers. I'd like to hear more about this simple device, if you don't mind? Cheers.

I'd happily hear any ideas. Whether you create a site for it, or you create any further videos. If you happen to patent the information and it becomes registered under your domain, I'd be happy to look at the patent details to see whether it's worth investment. It would also be nice to know what scale of investment you were looking at. Anything over 65'000 USD investment or 225'000 USD facility manufacturing would require corporate council and a lawyer. [Continued] -- expiration of utility for confidentiality, confidentiality obligations, residual knowledge clauses, requisite warranties, autohority requisite warranties, non-expert clauses, non reverse-engineering clauses, non grant of rights clauses, equitable remedies, equitable etymology clauses, and any other miscellaneous clauses related to the nature of your invention. It's quite a mouthful -- But these are all measures that need to be run by civil law notaries and lawyers by an entity.

[Continued] The reason for this is is as a person safety measure. Often times, it happens that patentees and affilitiated groups will file against individuals such as myself over certain subject areas related to my patents they claim remote invention of. I've signed numerous non-disclosure agreements before -- But they would have to have clauses for Identification of confidentiality, exceptions of confidentiality, handling of confidentiality, termination and

I'm always open to ideas and developments; however please understand, that as a person involved in multiple biological patents, business method patents, chemical patents and software patents -- For me to sign any non-disclosure agreement is a very sensitive and time-consuming affair for me, my faculties, and any parties involved.
