Why not make fighting legal. People are fighting all across the country. Instead of police and a judge who make money on arrests, let the fighters make money and not be arrested which is counterproductive to the fighters. When people have a beef, there could be local municiple sanctioned fighting rings where people could fight it out and be paid by the spektators live and on Youtube, etc. It could be made legal to resolve and benefit the people in dispute.
