What happens when you try to use a Vibraphone as a hook in a heavy song?

Well this. Lol. :)

This song is about inner frustration when people assume they know someone without asking. :)

Hope you enjoy.

Here are the lyrics

-----------------------------------------
You don't know what I'm thinking.
You don't know how I feel.
Well you are picking guesses from the air.
Why don't you ask?

You don't care what I do.
Just as long as it doesn't affect you.
Well you could learn about me if you tried.
So why don't you ask?

There are clouds in the sky,
And not one passes by.
Without catching my eye.
The clouds are what you say.
I listen every day.
Come what may. Come what may.

There are clouds in the sky,
And not one passes by.
Without catching my eye.
The clouds are what you say.
I listen every day.
Those clouds in the sky,
Not one passes by without catching my eye.
So listen like I do.
Like I do to you.
Come what may. Come what may. Come what may.

  • If I'm going to attempt a cover, this would be the one. I like the guitar. Am D EM. Possibly a simpler version, but I'll work on it.

  • Thanks Ed. I am eager to find out what it would sound like :)

There has already been one cover of another song of mine, and use of my music in other videos. If you do, the please let me know and I can add it to my playlist :)

  • great song.. i can totally relate.. loved it!!

  • Thank you Jubeeze :)

  • You don't know what I'm thinking.

You don't know how I feel.

Well you could learn about me if you tried.

    So why don't you ask

    I'm impressed by your words

But in an experience I'm living, happens exatly the opposite,I ask, but the answers don't come.Because like you sing in your "Twist of faith" He dig a hole so deep

that he could never climb out.I'm really sorry for that. he is a dear friend of mine.

    the opposite I ask

  • In this song. One person makes an effort to know how the other person feels, but this is not reciprocated. So they are really saying. Why don't you want to know me as deeply as I want to know you?

Why don't you ask me how I feel about things, instead of just assuming :)

Though interpretation is a wonderful thing :)
