This is just house. It was produced at the beautiful period of time when acid house/eurobeat/hardcore etc were relatively unheard of and still in their infancy. Where people made tracks with no specific genre classification but were made to make you dance. And were made with emotion. Where people would go to dance all night until the last record was played. Unlike now where people just go pose and drink/hangout and then clear the dance floor around 3 in the morning. It's not MINIMAL. Rant over!

@4ndyacid Yep, house, or what they now call deep house. Here and there you can hear a couple of bars of what sounds like "What You Need"by INXS. Reminds me of being lost on the dance floor and then hearing "...here comes the sun ..." drifting through the breakbeats. Those were magical times.
