This recording of a presentation given to Los Alamos National Laboratory scientists was never meant to be seen by the public. As such, it clearly shows the kind of attitude and approach you'd heard about, but prayed never really existed.

I am not sure what everyone else had experienced, but I was able to watch the hole video, with exception of the my computer having periods of slow downloading.

I would like to say that having watched this video, I am extremely surprised to see it on here. I would think that this is a breach of security and would not be surprised if they didn't go looking for the owner of the post.

1999? Things have changed a lot since then. Different people have held Younger's position long after he left. Look for the way things are today. If nukes are so bad, why did the Chosen One up spending for the Labs to maintain the weapons? Maybe it's because...they know something you don't know, and that's why the government depends on it's Labs to maintain what we got.
