Oh you kids haven't been following Mr. Roberts for very long. These chords are obviously eerily similar to "Bridge to Nowhere," and @GarlandBJJ your friend's band sounds very similar to the aforementioned song which was released in '06 with the Chemical City Album as opposed to their release in '10.

Love this guy.
I met him after a show, and he wouldn't have a beer because he had to stay up taking care of his kid so his wife could sleep.
Not often you see guys who sound better in person than on CD and are that down to earth.
