  • i like the solo in this one, even if it's played a bit fast. i myself have it, and this is the best one on here i've seen so far. i really don't like how the other people played it, they try too hard. my instructor is getting me to play it really slow.

  • yeah! woot woot! session 3 syphonic band! i was alot louder than i thought in the tuba section.

  • we are playing this at the end of the year concert im so sad ill miss playing this song in my good ol middle school band sigh off to high school and its band "sniff" thanks for posting this so i can remeber all the great times i had in my band.

  • MAN! I was in this band, percussion! I played timpani on this song.

I miss Blue Lake so much, going back again this year or the year after.

I almost cried listening to this because of all the memories of playing this at Pavane.

Thank you so much for posting this!

  • omg in the third movement we are going so much faster that's not fair XP

  • we are playing this song in our high school band! im so excited to hear people our age and younger play it....we play it way differently though....

  • hahaha theres charless!!! our little ballerina

    i loved this songg

  • omg!! i loved this songg..... im eight flutee.... but aaaaaaaaaah!! its still stuck in my head

  • It was a little out of tune...and there was a lack of dynamic contrasts at parts...but everything else was pretty good. The solos weren't bad at all. The upper clarinet parts in the second movement were great!

  • at the second movement where the is sort of a gap, the second horn player is suppose to hold out an A so theres not a gap in the song. and also the up beats are a little loud. i know that because my band does the same thing and makes my director angry lol
