Nope. Philippines is full of educated people. Thing is they're dominated by a government who only thinks of itself first, then its relatives. And it can give a damn about the rest. I live here. And your system is completely backwards. No opportunity for anyone. Your stars are all related. You even use your main celebs in commercials, not giving anyone else a chance at stardom. The real cause of the problems like poverty and other social problems is overpopulation. With less population, there will be more focus on other problems. The Philippines should apply one child or two child policy.
