There are many products on the market designed to help hair become healthy and shiny; but I've found a simple, natural way of using aloe vera to promote healthy hair. Simple and inexpensive; all it take is some of your time, 2 or 3 times a week and to achieve positive results.

Hôm nay mình xin hướng dẫn các bạn cách dưỡng ẩm cho tóc được bóng mượt với aloe vera. Điều tuyệt vời là chúng rất dễ thực hiện, vừa rẻ lại an toàn, rất hiệu quả cho tóc nhất là những mái tóc bị khô.
Gội đầu sơ sơ cho sạch bụi dơ bám trên da đầu.
Và khi tóc còn ẩm ẩm, bạn cắt 1 miếng nhỏ, nhớ bỏ gai 2 bên, xẻ làm đôi, rồi bôi trực tiếp lên tóc.
Bôi lên da đầu.
Để vậy 30 cho đến 45 phút.
Sau đó các bạn gội đầu, rồi dùng dầu xả (conditioner) như bình thường.
Các bạn chú ý: để tóc không bị khô, Không nên gội đầu bằng nước nóng, chỉ nên gội bằng nước âm ấm thôi.
Khi gội xong bạn nên để tóc khô tự nhiên trong không khí thì sẽ tốt hơn dùng máy sấy.
Nếu được, nên sử dụng aloe vera 2-3 lần / 1tuần cho mái tóc bóng khỏe.
Sau 3 tuần bảo đảm các bạn sẽ một mái tóc óng ả, mượt-mà ngay.

@eateastIndian I grow aloe vera in my backyard. The plant is very easy to grow. You can grow on the ground, but if you don't have the space, you can simply grow in a pot.

@dude123489 Aloe vera isgood in shampoo and lotion. But direct use is better. Like fruits in a can is good, but if you eat fresh off the tree, it is better for you. I have a few aloe vera plants in my yard. The fresher the better, I mean cut a piece and use right away. Anyway, aloe vera is also effective to help reduce hair loss. I will make a future video about it.

I have seen shampoo that has aloe in it, but I am going to guess that it is more of a gimmick. I have never seen aloe directly applied to the hair and didn't know hot water damages hair so I guess I need to take warm showers instead lol. As a guy, I am curious as to what kind of effect this will have on my hair!

@longtoenailrulez My older sister told me years ago but I did not believe her. She had dry damaged hair but it improved after a short time. A year or so later, her hair looks amazing. She is nearly 60 and her hair shines like a young woman. I wanted her to model for this video but she is too shy.  Thank you longtoenailrulez for viewing.
