The dude teaching has a very different teaching philosophy than me. I would never be degrading to these the children in the class. There are elements of support but have you ever heard of the praise sandwich? Use it, it's very helpful.
On a separate note, the black belt, his form has some good basics, but his kamae is a little too wide. His Untai keritsuki kick was pretty nice though.
