Do you use any of the recovery formulas or protein while you're doing your workout? Please let me know because I'm getting it this week and need to know what else to buy as an add on.

@amilla1001 Yes I use protein as a Pre, and a Post formulas. I also use the following types of supplements every workout: Creatine Nitric oxide stimulators Amino acids Whey protein Whey protein Isolate You can get all of these at Walmart in the vitamin section. You can also get these at your local GNC, but GNC has pretty high prices.
