    From what I gather, the large man is a famous sumo wrestler in Japan. Other Fanta commercials like this feature the same character, all in a school setting. I'm guessing the 'story' is that he's a transfer student or something.

    The older lady, who possibly knows him, may be questioning where he was, what took him so long, what he's doing with her kids, etc. He says "club". She imagines a dancing club. The kids drop their pants revealing sumo outfits. Maybe an after-school sumo club?
