John seemed like such a nice person. The people of the world should be thankful that they ever got to even see his face! I mean think about it, think about what the world would have been like without those guys, it would have been A LOT different. I mean, they did so much good in the world and then someone had to go a head and murder one of them? HOW THICK IS THAT?!

What was the benefit on an album of having 2 drummers?

That is a good question. It's not like Buddy Rich needed another drummer.

Agree. Hal says "John was a perfect gentleman the entire time" Watch the new small doc "Beatles Stories" I was struck by how kind John was to everyone famous artist or regular Joe.

Ask his son Julian how nice John was.

it doesn't seems THAT over the top, considering Phil Spector used 4 pianos side-by-side, something like half a dozen of guitars, one upright bass and a fender bass, all at the SAME time, in a rather small room.

    It's in the movie.

John "seemed" like such a nice person. I highlight "seemed" because that's a very important word in this statement. I'm not gonna argue whether John was nice or not. He was like everybody else, he could be nice and not nice..depending. He was HUMAN. Don't try to raise him above that. Just ask Julian, his son. Listen, Ted Bundy "seemed" like a nice person to the twenty-some girls her murdered. So do many criminals and sociapaths. You never know somebody until you LIVE with them.

His son julian might disagree with you.If you said he was a talented musician, song writer and singer fine but he abandonded his son and didn't provide for him after his death.Just look at the interview where Julian says what little money he got from Yoko he had to spend to buy back at auction the letter and post cards he and his dad had written ti each other, because she sold them rather than offer them to him .John and Yoko not so nice in that regard
