  • PEOPLE kill people, not guns. Period. And yeah, the parents should be the ones searching their kids for stuff like that. That's THEIR job, not the Government's.

  • @MrBrokenedition lets examine the meaning of "unreasonable"

  • @coltwyndham go have your child mowed down by some angry and depressed teenager and see if you disagree with the this. There is no hidden motive behind the creation of such a program. Safety of individuals is the backing cause, and if you are too blinded by the fact that you feel the need to protest this, simply because it is a shocking and uncomfortable situation, then may your vigilance and vehemence be your undoing.

  • "The 4th amendment does not grant unfettered privacy in any situation, it grants only reasonable expectation of privacy-- that's the same reason firefighters can enter your house if/when it's on fire without asking your permission first or with due notice. Due notice is one of those legally ambiguous terms that is relative to the situation, and says absolutely nothing concrete about the rights or legality of a situation." a wise little quote from a friend.

  • shoot these pirates it is a violation facism

  • i say we burn this bitch down and start over. people had it right when if you can take it by force then you deserve what you can take..people are pussy anymore

  • get ready for all your rights to be taken its not the future its now i hate the new united states of fear....

  • Pirro loves a police state....

  • @altops “Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529.

  • @altops “An arrest made with a defective warrant, or one issued without affidavit, or one that fails to allege a crime is within jurisdiction, and one who is being arrested, may resist arrest and break away. lf the arresting officer is killed by one who is so resisting, the killing will be no more than an involuntary manslaughter.” Housh v. People, 75 111. 491; reaffirmed and quoted in State v. Leach, 7 Conn. 452; State v. Gleason,32 Kan. 245; Ballard v. State, 43 Ohio 349; State v Rousseau etc
