You should totally come to my house and cook this haha :)

garlic and prawns are my all time fave combo there just so perfect together

it's nice you recipe, in mexico when you say "ajillo", you'll think in the mix of ajo (garlic) and a dried non spicy chili called "huajillo", this is the reason that we called ajillo, the mix of words ajo + huajilloo = ajillo, also this recipe will have a red color like paprika in your recipe

A nice squeeze of fresh lemon would give it a nice kick to taste!

Hi Di, We're eating this as we speak, we really love it and its so much easier this way too. I ran out of dried basil so I used a bit of dried italian seasoning for salads (Like Good Seasons) and it was fine. Husband melted a bit of butter in the mic and added it on his, but it didnt change the great taste. Thanks so much, Tess
Oh Mama Mia! Why the hell have I been pan frying my shrimp (and getting burnt) when I make scampi or garlic shrimp etc? You're a genius, Di! Husband on way to fish market as we speak! Love Ya!
