Like being able to hypnotise people in general makes sense.

This is a manga/anime. If it breaks quite a few laws, namely the conservation of mass.

Besides, if Shisui was able to use it more frequently, why didn't he? We have never seen him actually using it himself. You can't say that all Lava release users can spit out quicklime and lava because no one has ever done both.

@napalmcannon Oh no, not at all. Of course a crow would be able to use the mangekyou just as proficiently as an Uchiha. That makes perfect sense.

@napalmcannon Oh God... I don't really want to get into an argument about this... But no, you are mistaken. Itachi said it would take a decade for the crow to be able to use it again. Shisui himself did not have that type of limitation. Plus, Shisui could not have been more than 20 years old, and he definitely did not have his mangekyou for 10 years. You know what, forget about it... I doubt you would listen to me anyway.
