@TheHolySpirit i am not sure who the students were who were beaten, but i have been told that as a witness, i can put in a complaint myself, which i have done, I am just waiting for a reply now.just like the police can make a case for prosecution if a witness drops out, so can I if those involved do not wish to testify.
