2 STROKE---------->>>>>>>SIMPLY THE BEST!!!
-
i love 2-strokes and 4-strokes for different reasons, i love the 4 because you got crazy low-end torgue great for hill climbing n shit, but the 2 has that instant kick ass power and speed and doesnt bog nearly as bad as 4 stroke

How much should it cost to replace a left crankcase? I have the gasket and a new left crankcase.

@abreu9999 dont worry i jumped from a ttr125 to a 1995 cr250 290 big bore kit, gnarly fat pipe and new reeds, keep it low, youll be alright

@Bl0OdYShAdOw i had a yz250f 2005 it was a great trail bike but i did change the rear sprocket up to 51 added some handguards and skidplate if you a crazy for speed go for the yzf but the wr's the better deal if you don't ride track often and will probablty last a little longer now im converting a cr250r 2002 to trail call me stupid but like converting mx bike to trail you can always blow your buddys trail bikes if you want

Good video. That cr beast has tons of power. When the power hits it looks like he is going to run over his friend lol. Im afraid from just looking at the video. Hope I can get one used, 2 strokes are cheap now.

Hey I ride a DR350. Im 18 btw. I have ridden it for 2 years but have ridden since I was 11. Just letting you know I have ridden before I ask a question. Would you recommend the YZ250F as a trail bike. I don't race MX just trail ride a lot. Im trying to get info from people. Not sure if I want a WR but do the gray wire mod,exhaust,lights and blinker removal,jetting. Or get a YZ that has more power,weighs less, and barely any mods needed. Lemme know what you think. Thanks.

I like your whip bro
Also I know the YZ is more for racing. It has less top speed, more acceleration, and a bit more torque for racing. My only two issues is 1 the suspension is stiffer on the YZ for jumps and racing. The WR is softer for the woods. I am 5'11" without riding boots. About 6'1". Around 200lbs. Im a bigger Guy than most 140lb kids. ANYWAY. I think the stiffer suspension would fit me better. I know the YZ and WR are TALL bikes. 39.2in seat height. I can't flat foot. Again sorry for the questions lemmeno

@Bl0OdYShAdOw I would go WR. The engine is tuned for low/mid RPM where you run more in the woods. There are plenty of trail conditions (up hill sand) where I have to keep the YZ revving like a 125 2stroke. Thats less of an issue on the WR. The YZ is fun on fast, open trails. In tighter woods, WR can fly. Also, the suspension, kick-stand, fuel tank reserve, lights, e-start are all very nice features for the woods. I could have used each one of those at one time or another.

Does the CR have aftermarket reeds? And what 2t oil you using?
mmz77 11 months ago
@mmz77 My buddy rides the CR. I believe it has aftermarket reed valves, but am not sure what they are exactly. I believe he uses Honda 2T oil but can't be certain.

@mmz77 Not sure about the reeds (its friend's bike). We both run Pro Honda HP2 synthetic 2S oil in our 2S bikes (my other bike is a tuned KDX)
