Did he not read the letter they sent him? The letters are (at least usually, possibly always) available on the FFRF website. They make the case crystal clear, citing all sorts of legal precedents and court failed counter arguments, including the ones he is using here.

I suppose he'll be getting a judge pointing all that out to him then (for a second time).

Put your baby Jesus on your own private property or church, but government, including public schools should not be favoring any one religion over another, Keep churches, mosques and temples separate from government

... Easy solution: don't litigate w/ FFRR. Instead, follow the law and keep public and religious orgs separate. And, like you rightly suggest, use the legal funds for education.

The man is right about one thing - This is America. No one in America has the right to expect their religion to get a free pass in public institutions.

I support the ideals of FFRF, but if they tie up funding that should be going to children's education with law suits I say enough already. The only thing I dislike as much as organized religion and terrorists(almost the same thing) is FUCKING LAWYERS. Parasitic bottom dwellers all.
