One of classical guitar's giants. One of my personal favorites as well. Just beautiful.

I must say I like her quicker interpretation of the minor section more than Segovia's slower version, but overall I like Segovia's version a bit better.
has a bit more 'pull' to me.

@senco77 Neither Segovia og Presti plays like rythmboxes - when you accept that it is basically romantic interpretations its an art of its own. I love Segovia but I must say that I find Prestis interpretation has sparkling qualities - sure she twist the music but its part of here tale - and I think its a wonderful statement she delivers.

Honestly I like Segovia's take on this better. Presti rushes many parts, the runs are all played straight and leave no room for emotion, and some of the rhythms are changed.

I have never come across any of Presti's solo recordings - they should be out on cd - it's world heritage!
