  • Maybe a thin steel cable would be stronger and safer than a chain link.

  • With only 200ml of gas in the small tank it won't go far the test cap is heavy. I may put an external cable on the test cap to the frame .

  • had the same problem, running 110v , almost never have flashbacks

Got gas,, just go to a fishing tackle store and get the wire leaders they use for biggame fish, they have snaps and swievls on both ends, screw one end to the torchs frame and just snap the other to the lid,

  • You could also install a threaded cap, (with a drilled vent hole), to cover the plumbing stopper so that the stopper wouldn't fly off.

  • A 200ml flashback is about equal to a 410 shotgun blast.

  • If you were to attach a heavy duty flat linked chain from underneath the wing nut and then achored to the frame with a set screw/bolt then your red plug wouldn't fly off into space or hit passing workers. How high does that secondary bubbler's plug fly on a flashback ?

  • nice setup man ......very impressive ..
