oka i've got a problem: I download some music vids' from iTunes. And they're already there...I can watch them without a problem, but they are not on my iPod. I try everything I know....could somebody help me?

Try plugging it in another USB port

im trying to put my ipod on my computer when ever i plug my ipod into any of my computers usb ports nothing happens all its says is i can safely remove hardware. and thats it. it even does this when itunes is open and i am signed into my account.
