Nice review.
Also don't worry about it being rated E for Everyone, the ESRB can make a few slight mistakes,
at least they are not as bad as the Australian Classification Board who gave Dead or Alive a PG rating, before temporarely banning the game so they could switch it to a M rated game.
Yes...Australia has two M ratings, one M which is more like a Teen rating and an MA15+ that is more like an M17+ in the American ratings, now that is stuffed up as ratings have to communicate to parents.
