In this 1966 recording, Isaac Stern (1920-2001), Eugene Istomin (1925-2003) and Leonard Rose (1918-1984) perform the third movement of Beethoven's Piano Trio in B flat major, Op. 97, the "Archduke." I created this video from the LP, "The Istomin/Stern/Rose Trio Plays Beethoven's Archduke Trio," issued on the Columbia label, serial number ML 6219. Program notes by Paul Affelder; cover photo by Don Hunstein. All images in this video were taken from the LP jacket and label.
Movement 3: Andante cantabile ma pero con moto
