Then why are you using Human terrain teams...recruiting students - Good old Project Minerva - millions of tax payer funding for this cause - a cause which you have said does not involve control of a country - The Human Terrain team is a Gov. tool for gathering cultural knowledge to disrupt beliefs, political systems, and economies, it is a means to assimilate, and gather allies from within a target culture.

Why don't you talk about Human Terain System - a tool for occupation, currently being applied in the Middle East. You currently have around 6 000 bases around the Globe. You have more than 20 000 000 troops deployed around the world. Your goal is not a 'WAR ON TERROR' but to perpetuate a state of occupation - CORDS --- Project HERO --- Counter-insurgency where more than 6000 Viet-Cong 'SUSPECTS' were brutally killed.
