EVOL Quake Live Commentary #18: vs Communist316 - ztn (Bloodrun)

Nothing earth shattering here. Just another quick game on ztn, with the occasional really bad dodging on my part. I wanted to see if the video would look better on youtube if I capped @60fps with fraps, even though I don't think youtube supports it. It seems to be a bit smoother, so I'll probably do that for all my vids from now on.

I cannot record my recorded demos with fraps...any tips?

@ShockedShocktrooper I know there are other ways, just google around. QL has some built in things you can use, but it seems like it's heavy on the disk space usage. Fraps is cheap ($40). Very worth it.

@EVOLHEL capping fraps on 60 fps for youtube isnt such a ideal idea since youtube renders it back to 29.5 FPS. any way i enjoyed your replay :)
