the problems i have with powerlifting are:
1. At these bodyweights, and with the lack of cardio and diet this is NOT A HEALTHY thing....this man is NOT HEALTHY which to me defeats the purpose of any exercise
POWERLIFTING IS A GREAT SPORT AND HEALTHY IF YOU MAINTAIN A LOW BODY WEIGHT, THAT IS WHY I HAVE ALWAYS ADMIRED NATURAL POWERLIFTERS WHO ARENT THE HEAVIEST OF GUYS....all that extra weight just strains u r organs and circulatory system....sorry fat boys its true...
