  • sick machines, very very fast cars!

  • i own this car now ;)

  • Sweet video mate and very nice colour in that blue!

  • its a spot on car, my mate got one too. dont think i felt as much pull from a small car ever lol and i dont think his is even 300bhp, might be a little bit less and its goes like shit off a shovel

  • the gtir comes with throttle bodies as standard. the standard manifold can handle 400hp. alternator?

    "all the electrics need mapping"

just had my headlamps remapped. fast as fook now!

  • 300bhp. decat exhaust, high flow fuel pump, hks filter and 1bar of boost.

you can run 1.4 bar boost on standard injectors but the fueling needs to be spot on and a front mount cooler. that should see around 350hp.

swap the turbo, injectors and get something like a greddy ultimate to keep the cost down and you'll be on your way to 400hp. i wouldn't last long though.

full rebuild with hks pistons, cams, flywheel, clutch and manifold would make for reliable motoring.

    £££££.

  • Think about 20/25 bhp, the turbo elbow is pretty restrictive as well worth getting custom elbow made this will give quicker spool up time, front mount will slow spool due to longer run, dont think its really necessary unless you got uprated turbo or and runnin high boost, if your ever stuck for parts this mans always breaking pulsars got some good parts google "gti r us". he Top bloke really helpful.

  • Hey, you seem to know your gti-r's, can you tell me approx how much power you would get from from one if you gave it a dull system exhaust change inc cat replacement, a filter and a front mounted intercooler? cheers

  • you could acheive 300bhp at 1.2bar on standard turbo(although it might not last too long! you dont really need front mount intercooler as you only get heat soak when stationary, you will need uprated fuel pump poss walbro, induction kit hks or k&N 2.5 to 3" exhaust mongoose are good if you dont want to spend too much, uprated clutch helix do good organic clutches. you should really look at some fuel/air control either by way of an air fuel controller (Apexi afc) or stand alone ecu (power fc)
