i have adobe after effects 5.5 what will i do to make mask?

You can Draw it with the pen tool or copy it from Illustrator into AE.

This should work in version 7.

yes but i have no "CC Effekts"?! Where do i get them.

in AE 7, you have to install them seperately - but they are included on the installation disk. In AE CS3, they are automatically installed.

Look for the CyCore Effects on the CD.
