You won't need anything except for you and a mat (and even that's not necessary). This ab workout hits the lower abs, upper abs, and obliques. And yes, this workout will help you get a six pack as long as you pair it with cardio to melt off that fat! Try to do this 2-3 more times for a solid workout.
