HD stabilized-pan version of Frames 133 through 486 of the "Zapruder" film, a fabricated film pretending to depict the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. Derived from the six-foot strip of celluloid contained in the U.S. National Archives, scientifically processed. Frame 133 is the first frame to showing the presidential limousine, after a (simulated) camera stop. Frame 486 is the last frame of the film. Frames 208 through 212 are damaged or missing in the film strip in the National Archives. Frames 341, 350 and 486 were omitted from the DVD publication. These missing frames are here derived from alternative sources.

@THX11386079SmithW He doesn't "appear out of nowhere" At 225 & 226, you can see him slowly come into the frame. Him appearing out of nowhere to you is just you eyes not being fast enough to keep up with the action.

@THX11386079SmithW Not sure which guy you're referring to. Maybe highlight him on a frame from one of the clips stabilised relative to the background (see the other clips on this channel, particularly 001-257 and 198-301).

@johncostella he is fully visible in frame 227 and very clear in frame 228. He is wearing a white shirt and waving in the middle of the frame on the bottom.

@THX11386079SmithW Oh that guy! Isn't that "the Cuban"? (Seen from other photos.)
Interestingly, the clear frame published in the Memorial Edition of LIFE weeks after the assassination shows his fingers in a "V". The other frames tend to smudge that out.
Much has been speculated about this guy, and what he might have been doing or signalling.
Apologies for my slowness in picking up which guy you meant. Does this help?
