@OzonProtector India has 65% literacy. What would the rest 35% do? Wasnt UID touted as a panacea for those at the bottom, isnt ? How come the goal posts are being changed now ? Or is it that the real intent of UID is showing now --- that it is meant for upscale consumers ?
