Bear meat is edible FYI, the pelt is useful.
Go but some at your local wild meat bucher shop and stop eating meat completely if you don't like the kill to eat mode.
Hunting has existed since the beginning, tree hugging is the new sport of wimps, for those who can't figure out that the meat they eat at Burger King always comes from a dead animal that someone killed.

Shooting deer? Yeah, if you're gonna use the meat. But what are you going to do with a dead bear? Stuff it and put it in your house or something? Seems like a pointless kill.

@suvattii just because you don't eat them doesn't mean you shouldn't kill them. sometimes animals over populate and you need to kill them to keep the population down or else the run rampant and do more harm to other wildlife. even native animals can over populate and also damage the ecosystem.

All of you complaining should stf up now. she is utilizing the whole animal. i bet most of you ding bats are meat eaters, don't forget where you food(meat) comes from. this is far more ethical than eating farmed animals(cows,chickens)living in terrible conditions that are tortured /prodded/disease ridden/ shot up with Growth hormones barely able to stand and sometimes dispatched alive, without a chance at life, raised solely to feed your fat carnivoress pie holes. This was a humane kill.

Just for your information, PETA killed roughly 94% of all the dogs and cats they "rescued" last year, so if your looking for a heartless killer of animals PETA is who to go after.
