  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but the proper name for this tool is a RECIPROCATING SAW or A SAWZALL?

  • Indeed. It's all about the word people use to type in the search engines to discover this tool. What do you think that word is?

  • @GUALLACOL

Yes, the proper name for it reciprocating saw but a lot of people know it as sawzall just like how people call bandage - band aid. Milwaukee invented the reciprocating saw and they're still the best at making it. They also have patents on their new designs too.

  • @AsktheBuilder I thought it was called a sawzaw. Thats what it sounds like he says

  • id go with sawzall, milwaukee has the market on this one, plus ive heard they have good customer service and have parts avail. the one prob is are they made in usa?????

  • Thanks!!
