@TheOtherMic It's actually from Inland Empire. His version of 'Commentary', which is tons better than the normal take on it. Pick up a copy and you'll also learn from him how to make quinoa and hear a story while you wait for it to cook.

meditation for me isn't about just being happy, and not feeling angry. it's about being happy, sad, angry, excited, anything, but seeing it for what it is. every feeling, every emotion, just accepting it for what it is, and when you do, it transforms.
