No, you'll have to re-soilder the wires to the "mini" zune's battery leads, but it's pretty simple and highly recomended as the battery on those goes in about 2 years and thats how old most of them are.
I just got a 120gb a month ago. Best Buy told me that the battery will not last much more than a year and that it will cost about $80 to have Microsoft replace it each time, and suggested I get a two year service plan for $70, which would take care of two battery replacements and cover any damage due dropping, water, etc. Could someone tell me if the plan is a good idea or a waste of money (as many service plans are)? Thanks in advance for your help.
Ok, I just got my battery today, and I'm terrified to change it. The instructions that came with the battery were far more complicated than your video. It needs to be changed, because it barely holds a charge anymore.
