@fonzy541 thanks for asking... i could probably do an entire video series (like 70 vids!) on topics of this nature but I'll give you a short and incomplete answer to stir you're brain a little... basically, AT THIS TIME my experience tells me that a) there is an animating force that we work with as co-creators to manifest what we call "the real world" (call this god if you'd like b) my logical brain tells me that evolution makes sense... we are CONSTANTLY evolving... personally and as a race.

@strengthcamp Are fibre types not set after puberty, so you can only increase in size what you have?

yes is it posisble though to get both? .. doesnt the body just use the ONE that you end up doing the most?
it would be hard to imagine that you can CHOOSE for the muscle to stay with both?

I have a question though. The workouts that you suggest we do during the week, are they FULL BODY workouts or SPLIT BODY workout?

@leonharts thanks man! well, there are different phases in my LHM program... in phase 1 we use "power building" for 2 days, "hybrid conditioning circuits" for 2 days and 1 "muscle specialization" day (bodypart training).. hope this helps.

Yo Elliot, I usually just workout in the gym. I try and mix it up, I mean I do everything from doing heavy weights one session and then like lighter weights in supersets and circuits with loads of reps another. Then I will go and do cardio and plyometrics and such. Is that kind of what you are talking about?
