Curious... do you know how to do h264 encoding with ffmpeg? I have ffmpeg converting to mp4, but I need the h264 format for a project I am working on. A video on this would be awesome.

Hey farrartd,
I sure don't. My primary focus is towards personal web servers and installing software. I don't use ffmpeg beyond using video scripts that access it, so I don't know how it works or anything when it comes to custom settings or uses. I encode my videos using software and don't even use ffmpeg. I recommend doing a search for ffmpeg groups, as I have came across online groups that go more in depth.
