These videos are informative and inspirational.
They inspire me at least.
Only an hour ago I felt like I needed guidance to attempt this, but now I am ready to start from the bottom and work my way up.

Great video and great views on parkour and conditioning. On the training undercover topic, i think more tracuers need to train in different weather conditions. Parkour is a great way to help overcome any situation but you have to put yourself in those situations to be able to over come them. What happens when you need to do an arm jump when the bars are covered in water or a precision with a possibly slick landing? If you've never been in that situation you wouldn't know 100% you could make it

@Obsidian1138 Thanks bro!
What do you need to work out mainly? Arms,Chests,Back or what ?Do you have to be really fit ?

@varnenec97 You shouldn't set out to workout any particular muscles. Work towards goals instead, and aim to become more capable in different movements by practicing them. The muscles will then naturally get stronger, and your fitness will improve.
