Workout
Double Swing 3 x 8-10
Seesaw Press 3 x 8-10 each arm
Alternating Row 3 x 8-10 each arm
Front Squat 3 x 8-10
Double Floor Press 3 x 8-10
Sit Up 3 x 15-25

  • i love doing renegade rows with KBs. When im feeling extra randy I even do a push up then row
