abridged ver for you. sterok loses memory cc sends him to kill sterok becuse they dont know who he is. he finds doc he tells him hes sterok and he goes to secret lab meets cc rejects or accepts (depends on what ending you want) if he rejects you fight throue shit loads of monolith bastards finds a portal takes him to cc's heart he unloads on the place zone disapears and and eveything go back to normal the end

nno.And he told you that they made a mistake and you were Strelok.And you had a mission to kill yourself.Well the ending is showing how did Strelok and the rest of the team were turning into zombified stalkers.Dunno if this is right. -
They didn't kney Strelok was indeed Strelok. Monolith believed him to be a random STALKER helping Scar and sp they sent him out to kill himself. I hope there is a third game showing what happens afterwards, because brainwashing and riding a death truck can't take as long as a year. (Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky are set one year apart)

Wait, your putting the game down because it has one ending? It's a porlogue. It would be pretty difficult to have alternate endings wouldn't it? It's story is made in stone. Scar is now a monolith, the machines were brainwashing devices. Basically you see from scars Point of view until he sees the screen and loses his mind and strelok is sent to kill strelok etc
