Ten heart thump' en anaerobic callisthenic exercises to really get you fit. Keep the heat on by monitoring your heart rate and see if you can maintain the same intensity throughout the program.

These exercises are ideally suited to train your fast twitch muscles. Remember to listen to your body... don't over train and see if you can build up the reps from 20 each exercise 3 times thru to 20 reps 5 times thru. Thats from 600 individual exercises to 1000. Beat 20 minutes and you can count yourself as very fit!

Hang it up on a wall and keep a spare oxygen tank handy. (Just in case) Be sensible and listen to your body. It takes time to build up your fitness.
