it's brilliant! reminds me of body dysmorphic disorder, where they exagerate their body image flaw, her hands aren't really that big, it's in her mind, her insecurity, and when she goes to the cage you see the normal size. she has bdd because her mother has been instilling a look of perfection in her, you see that with her and the dolled up look (makup, clothes, hair) but also treating her badly/abusive (like she's a freak when she's not), therfore she thinks its because she's a freak.

This is sad , the only reason she feels so bad about her hands is because her mum is embaresd by her so she stuffs her Ina cage and makes her feel bad! If her mum wasn't an ass and told her wat a wounderfullsoul she has and embrased her hands that atleesed have 5 fingers she would stand up strait, smile, meet a guy liked her 4 who she is I bet would be happy and she would love her hands
