  • how do you target the "pec delt tie in" area?

  • @dav1dwi1s0n Don;t try to get too "isolated" in thinking you can get that narrow in terms of target training. Make these areas more part of kinetic chain involvement and you will find that far more efficient than trying to further isolate segmented areas of muscles. You can read about this in my book, The Abel Approach

  • Not just the stretch but the peak contraction. Imagine trying to squeeze a quarter between you pecs on every rep.

    Does working the cleavage from the inside out with movements llke these refer specifically to emphasizing the stretch via the nice arc afforded by independent movement of the arms versus the limbs being "locked" on a fixed bar?

    I've noticed this theme in a number of your videos and am just curious if inside out is specifically referring to that emphasis on a nice arc and stretch.

    Just want to be sure that I am not misunderstanding.
